Description
The CyAn ADP is a compact benchtop 9-colour flow cytometer from Cytomation-now Beckman Coulter.
Specification
Our CyAn is equipped with a 488 nm blue laser and a 635 nm red diode. The blue laser allows detection of seven parameters, two of which are forward and side scatters, and five enable simultaneous detection of fluorescence of 5 standard fluorochromes. With its red diode, CyAn can detect fluorescence from fluorochromes that are excited at 635 nm and emit in red and far red of light spectrum.
