Description
Guava easyCyte™ 5 HPL System The instrument contains 1 laser: Blue 488 nm (150 mW) with 3 flourescent detection channels, forward and side scatter. This system is the single tube sampling system for 1.2 mL or 1.5 mL tubes.
Fluorescence Detection Channels: 488nm Laser: Green-B (525/30 nm), Yellow-B (583/26 nm), Red-B (695/50 nm)
