Everbeing EB-6 DC Probe Station

An Everbeing EB-6 high precision probe station is available for DC wafer probing. Four low noise, high precision probes are available along with a microscope and digital camera. The EB-6 was donated to the LCN by Everbeing in January 2017. The system is able to be connected to other electronic measurement equipment (e.g. a Keithley 4200).

A brief training session will be provided if requested, although users familiar with probe stations will likely not require assistance. No cost is associated with the use of the probe station, however the manufacturer requests that any research published utilising the probe station mentions the donation program in their acknowledgements.
