Description
Avance Neo 700 was installed in 2017. It is equipped with a helium-cooled multinuclear cryoprobe and a 60-position sample changer.
This instrument was funded by EPSRC, UCL and Simons Foundation and is open for use by UK researchers from academia and industry.
Specification
Avance Neo 700 is equipped with a 5mm helium-cooled broadband cryoprobe optimised for X-nuclei in the range 15N (71.0 MHz) - 31P (283.5 MHz), excluding 153Eu, 137Ba, 175Lu, 181Ta, 123Sb, 133Cs, 138La, 6Li, 209Bi, 75As, 171Yb and 199Hg. The second channel tunes to 1H and 19F. There is a 60-position sample changer, SampleXpress, and the instrument is operated under automation most of the time.
